Basil’s Bar is a landmark destination on the island of Mustique where generations of homeowners, guests, fishermen and passing yachts anchor, to watch the sun go down and enjoy the local vibe. Basil’s is open for drinks from 10.30 – 6pm daily whilst the restaurant is open daily from 7pm, with the exception of Friday’s, and Sunday’s, serving a selection of dishes with a Caribbean twist from Beef Carpaccio, to Spit Roast Pork and Lobster skewers.
